Core Activities:
-
Oversee the set up and maintenance of sales data within Cisco’s various systems/tools (i.e. SAVM, CR, SFDC) in accordance with the established Business Rules (policies and processes) and Theatre’s Go To Market strategies

Collaborate cross functionally across multiple stakeholders to drive data accuracy in backend tools

Assist in removing any impediments to sales credit automation (i.e. Conflict Resolution)

Provide guidance to sales teams on right usage of sales systems and it’s downstream impacts (i.e. Conversion of Deal IDs)

Provide sales credit escalation support & root cause analysis to ensure order alignment is accurate as per business rules and backend tool account set up

Understand reasons for automation failure and implement corrections to controllable parameters

Ensure repeatability and scalability across the data quality team by having well documented processes

Fiscal Year Planning/Set-Up:

Provide guidance on backend tool / system capabilities to ensure the effective & successful set up of the new year GTM strategies

Ensure that the agreed account transfers are executed accurately in backend tools

Ensure effective & successful completion of pre & post fiscal cutover activities & deliverables

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate GTM strategy set up in all upstream and downstream tools
